Job Summary:
The Financial Specialist will play a key role in supporting daily financial operations and assisting with strategic financial planning. This position requires collaboration with management to analyze financial data, develop strategies, and contribute to long-term financial goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial processes, analysis, and compliance, with excellent analytical skills and proficiency in financial tools and software.
Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with Management
Gather and analyze financial information, develop financial strategies, and assist in preparing financial plans and models.
-Financial Analysis & Forecasting
Research and analyze business trends to prepare financial forecasts, including evaluating cost structures and revenue streams to identify growth opportunities.
-Risk Assessment
Conduct risk modeling, quantify results, and provide recommendations for strategic business decisions to ensure the company’s financial stability.
-Implementation & Adjustment of Financial Plans
Monitor the execution of financial plans, perform regular risk assessments, and make adjustments as necessary to meet financial objectives.
-Documentation & Compliance
Document financial processes, prepare and present progress reports, and stay informed on regulatory requirements and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency in financial management.
-Budgeting & Financial Reporting
Prepare budget reports and financial statements in compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
-Team Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with supporting staff and present financial reports to the management team. Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with financial software is a plus.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
-Familiarity with financial modeling, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
-Excellent communication skills to work effectively with management and supporting teams.
